Its affordability comes from direct manufacturing and the absence of optional accessories such as writing tablets, polyurethane armrests, or cup holders. Despite its simple design, high-grade materials are always used in the metal structure, foam density, and upholstery.
Features
Manufactured using a sturdy metal frame and 55-density polyurethane foam, this chair is designed to maintain ergonomic seating and long-term comfort. The upholstery consists of fire-retardant micro fabric, available in multiple colors. Hard plastic covers are applied on the back to protect the padding. The metal legs—produced from 40×60 mm profile with a thickness of 1.5 mm—are coated with electrostatic powder paint to resist corrosion and impacts.
Space Planning
One Rom Affordable Conference Chair occupies 60 cm width including both armrests. In continuous row installation, 55 cm per seat is calculated with an additional 5 cm on the first seat for the armrest. The standard row spacing is 100 cm but can be reduced to 90 cm in narrow spaces.
Production and Maintenance
Chairs are manufactured to order — no stock items. Optional upgrades can be added including writing tablets, wooden armrests, or polyurethane arms. Estimated production time is about one week depending on quantity and specifications. The upholstery can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and plastic parts are easy to maintain. Original spare parts and repair services are available throughout the product’s lifetime.
