Cleaning and Maintenance of Conference Chairs
Proper cleaning methods ensure long-lasting chairs. Our upholstery materials are stain-resistant and easy to clean. Fabric chairs can be cleaned easily with a color-safe damp cloth or cleaning robots. For leather upholstery, a slightly damp cloth with soap foam or imported cleaning spray is recommended. Technical Production Details
The chair body consists of a metal profile. The profile is shaped according to the chair's form and placed inside a mold, where it is filled with liquid foam. After the foam takes shape inside the mold, it is removed and upholstered with fabric or artificial leather. The upholstery is laminated with foam, cut to size, stitched and wrapped onto the chair using adhesive finishing. The seat is prepared using the same method.
The seat folds upward when unused, allowing easy passage between rows. The chair body width is 50 cm. When arranging chairs side-by-side, the total width is calculated as 55 cm per chair (50 cm body + 5 cm armrest). For example, 10 chairs require 10 × 55 = 550 cm + 5 cm row-end armrest = 555 cm total space. Ideal row spacing is 100 cm; in narrow rooms it may be reduced to a minimum of 90 cm. If a writing tablet is included, row spacing should not be less than 95 cm.
The legs are made from 40×60 mm metal profiles with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm and coated with electrostatic powder paint. Armrests are upholstered with matching fabric for a modern look. In this model, wooden armrests are used and installed after varnishing. The writing tablet is optional and hides inside the armrest when not in use.
