Dolfin Budget Seminar Chair

The Dolfin Budget Seminar Chair is designed for conference, seminar and training halls that require long-term comfort, modern appearance and strong durability. Even though it is positioned in the budget category, this model offers the ergonomic structure, premium materials and long-lasting comfort typically found in upper-class auditorium chairs. Its modern design, spacious sitting area and well-balanced back support allow attendees to stay focused and comfortable for extended sessions. Each detail of the chair is developed to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of professional seminar environments.
Metal Frame, Foam Structure and Upholstery
The body of the Dolfin seminar chair is produced from certified steel profiles and molded with high-density polyurethane foam, ensuring durability and a long-lasting form. The upholstery fabric is flame-retardant laminated textile, fully compliant with institutional tenders and safety standards. The rear panels of the back and seat can be manufactured in polished wood or fabric-covered wood, depending on the project requirements. Solid wood armrests enhance both the visual appeal and durability of the chair. An optional inner fold-out writing tablet provides practicality for education and training halls; when not in use, it hides neatly inside the armrest.
Production Process and Warranty
All Dolfin seminar chairs are produced to order. There is no stock production; each unit is customized according to the fabric selection, color options, armrest details, accessories and quantity required by the project. The average production time is approximately one week, but this may vary depending on workload and additional requests. All foam, metal, upholstery and accessory components used in production are certified, and the product is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. After-sales services such as spare parts, maintenance and repair support are also provided.
Seating Measurements and Hall Layout Planning
Correct seating measurements are crucial when designing seminar and conference halls. The Dolfin model has a body width of 50 cm and an arm width of 5 cm, giving the assembled chair a total width of 60 cm. In row layouts, each chair occupies 55 cm, and an additional 5 cm is added for the row-end arm. For example, a row of 10 chairs requires: 10 × 55 = 550 cm, plus 5 cm = 555 cm total width. The ideal row spacing is 100 cm; however, in limited spaces this can be reduced to 90 cm. For models with writing tablets, it is recommended that the spacing not fall below 95 cm to ensure comfortable movement.
Delivery, Installation and After-Sales Support
Completed products are delivered from the manufacturing location. For projects within Istanbul, delivery and installation may be carried out by our team depending on order quantity. For shipments outside Istanbul, chairs are delivered via professional transport companies, and installation can be provided upon request for an additional fee. The chairs are easy to maintain; upholstery surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth, and plastic parts can be cleaned with water. No oil or similar substances should be applied to moving mechanisms. Long-term support is available through spare parts supply, repair services and periodic maintenance operations.
