The Rom conference chair with cup holder is manufactured by our company to high standards. The chair’s frame is made from durable metal profiles, and its surface is covered with 55-density polyurethane foam for an ergonomic seating experience. The conference chair legs are constructed from 40x60 mm rectangular metal profiles with a 1.5 mm thickness, ensuring long-lasting durability. The quality of the legs is critical for the chair’s longevity, which is why premium materials are used. The Rom conference chair is upholstered with flame-retardant microfabrics, customizable in any desired color. The armrests are covered with matching fabric to conceal the metal parts, creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design. The armrest tops are capped with plastic, and a cup holder is added to the front for user convenience. The seat and backrest are covered with plastic caps, which can be upholstered with the chair’s fabric for an additional fee upon request.
Rom Conference Chair Dimensions and Manufacturing
The Rom conference chair with cup holder has a seat and backrest width of 46 cm. Including armrests, the total width is 60 cm, with each armrest measuring 5 cm. The backrest height is 90 cm from the floor. Dimensions are fixed for metal-framed, polyurethane-foamed models and cannot be altered. When calculating the number of chairs, armrest measurements must be considered during installation. All conference chairs are produced on order, with no ready stock available. Color, quantity, and features are determined based on customer requests. Customization options include adding a writing tablet instead of a cup holder, upholstered or open armrest undersides, and upholstered back covers. Custom-made chairs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Conference chair manufacturing takes approximately one week, depending on order size, spare part availability, and production capacity. All materials and spare parts used are TSE-certified, and products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. These chairs are ideal for meeting rooms, seminar venues, and theater halls.
Delivery and Installation
Conference chair delivery is made from our company’s manufacturing address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation services may be provided by our team, depending on the order size. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and shipped via transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Installation services incur an additional fee. Our company also offers paid installation and conference chair repair services for chairs we did not manufacture.
