Martin Conference Chair Features

Martin conference chairs are manufactured by our company. The chair’s frame is made of metal profiles, covered with polyurethane foam. The surface is upholstered with flame-retardant microfabric, available in desired colors. The chair legs, constructed from 40x60 mm metal profiles with a 1.5 mm thickness, are coated with electrostatic powder paint to prevent rust and achieve a cohesive aesthetic. The back of the seat and backrest is covered with plastic caps, which are upholstered with the chair’s fabric for a unified look. The armrests, made of solid wood, are polished in colors matching the venue’s concept. The polished armrests and upholstered plastic covers elevate the chair to a VIP conference chair standard.

Conference Chair Manufacturing and Dimensions

Conference chair models are produced by our company on an order basis, with no ready stock available. Color, features, and quantity are customized based on customer requests. As a custom-made product tailored to specific spaces and individuals, returns or exchanges are not possible. Customizations such as writing tablets, cup holders, or plastic/wooden covers can be specified at the time of order, affecting conference chair prices. All materials and spare parts used are TSE-certified, and products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Manufacturing takes an average of one week, depending on order size, spare part availability, and production capacity.

Conference chair dimensions are as follows: seat and backrest width is 46 cm, total width including armrests is 60 cm, and backrest height from the floor is 100 cm. Each armrest is 5 cm wide. For back-to-back installation, the standard distance between backrests is 100 cm, which can be reduced to 90 cm in constrained spaces. These dimensions simplify conference hall layout planning and help determine the required number of chairs.

Delivery and Installation

Conference chairs are delivered from our company’s manufacturing address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation may be provided by our team if the order size is sufficient. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and handed over to transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Conference chair installation services are subject to an additional fee and available upon request. Conference chair repair services are offered based on the number of chairs and the required operations.
