Every detail, from its upholstery to the metal body structure, is designed for professional use. The seat and backrest sections are made with 55-density polyurethane molded foam. The inclination of the backrest and lumbar support are developed to help attendees maintain focus on the event without discomfort. The internally retractable writing tablet offers practical use and remains hidden when not needed. Soft Seminar Chair Features

The Soft Seminar Chair is produced by applying high-temperature foam molding on a TSE-certified metal inner frame. With its flame-retardant fabric or artificial leather upholstery options, it complies with fire safety criteria. Its legs are made of 40×60 mm profile metal and reinforced with electrostatic powder coating for high durability. The back and seat surfaces are covered with massive wood or plastic panels depending on the model. The arm area is covered with wooden material matching the upholstery. The writing tablet hidden inside the arm can be easily opened when needed and does not restrict the seating area of the seminar chair. These features make the Soft Seminar Chair both an aesthetic and functional seating solution.

Seminar Hall Layout Dimensions

The combined width of the seat and backrest is 48 cm, and the backrest height from the ground is 105 cm. Each armrest width is 5 cm, and the number of armrests must be calculated based on the seating layout.
For side-by-side arrangement:
Number of chairs × 55 cm + 5 cm row-end armrest = total width
In back-to-back installation, the ideal row distance is 100 cm.
In halls with limited space, a minimum of 90 cm may be applied.
The recommended step height is 17 cm.

Seminar Chair Manufacturing and Production Process

All production is made to order. No ready stock is available.
Manufacturing is carried out according to the customer's requested color, upholstery material, and features.
Therefore, it is considered a custom production and returns/exchanges are not possible.
The standard production time is approximately 1 week; this duration may vary depending on the quantity and requested features.
Additional options such as cup holders, different armrest tops, or wooden back panels may also be applied.

All materials used in the Soft Seminar Chair model are TSE certified, and our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation within Istanbul may be provided by our company depending on the number of chairs.
For shipments outside Istanbul, the chairs are delivered packaged to transportation companies, and the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
Installation service can also be requested separately.
In addition, spare parts and repair support continue long-term for Soft Seminar Chair models after production is completed.
