Seminar Hall Chair Features

As mentioned earlier, the seminar hall chair consists of a metal frame, vacuum-molded with high-temperature polyurethane foam. The foam quality is rated at 55 density. The foam is then upholstered with flame-retardant fabric in the customer’s chosen color. The fabric is pre-laminated with thin foam. During upholstery, the chair legs are prepared in our workshop. The seminar chair legs are made from 40*60 mm profile metal with a 1.5 mm thickness. The leg surface is coated with electrostatic powder paint, eliminating unsightly weld joints and preventing rust for long-term use. After upholstery, the seat and backrest are covered with solid wood or plastic panels, depending on the model and buyer’s preference, which affects the seminar chair price. The armrests are surrounded by wood upholstered with the chair’s fabric. The retractable writing tablet in the armrest does not restrict seating space when not in use. The armrest top is finished with plastic, polyurethane, or wood, depending on the request, completing the chair preparation.

Seminar Hall Layout Measurements

Seminar chair measurements are essential for hall layout planning. The seminar chair’s seat and backrest width is 48 cm, with a backrest height of 105 cm once assembled. Each armrest is 5 cm wide. During layout planning, the chair width is often mistakenly calculated as one seat-backrest and two armrests. However, each chair requires only one armrest, with an additional armrest, called the row-end armrest, added to the last chair. For calculations, one seat-backrest (50 cm) and one armrest (5 cm) are multiplied by the number of chairs, with an additional 5 cm for the row-end armrest. This determines the number of chairs in a row. For back-to-back row spacing, the standard distance between the backrests of the front and rear chairs is 1 meter. In space-constrained venues, this can be reduced to a minimum of 90 cm. The step height in seminar halls is typically 17 cm.

Seminar chair manufacturing is carried out by our company, producing chairs in desired colors, features, and quantities. No ready-made seminar chairs are available; all orders are custom-made based on customer requests. As these chairs are specially produced for the individual and venue, returns or exchanges are not possible. The seminar chair manufacturing time is approximately one week, depending on the order quantity, chair features, availability of spare parts, and production workload. Upon request, additional features such as cup holders, wooden armrest tops, plastic or polished wooden backrests can be included. All materials and spare parts used in seminar chair manufacturing are TSE-certified, and our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Seminar chair spare parts are available for individual or bulk purchase upon request. Additionally, conference chair repairs are offered based on the scope of work and number of chairs.

Seminar Chair Delivery and Installation

Seminar chair delivery is handled from our company address. For purchases within Istanbul, delivery and installation services can be provided by our company, depending on the number of chairs. For orders outside Istanbul, packed seminar chairs are shipped via transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Seminar chair prices do not include installation. Installation services are offered separately.
