Delivery and Use
Delivery of conference chairs is made from our production facility. For orders within Istanbul, delivery can be handled by our team depending on the quantity. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and shipped via transportation companies, with shipping costs paid by the buyer. Mesh conference chairs do not require assembly, but for conference seating models that do require installation, assembly service is available. Depending on the number of chairs and the required procedures, repair services for conference seating are also provided.

Production time varies according to order quantity and factory workload, averaging seven business days. Our company also provides repair, maintenance and spare part services. All products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Spare parts requested outside of warranty are also available. Pricing varies depending on the accessories and spare parts requested for the chair.
