The fixed writing tablet is firmly mounted on the chair to offer steady support while taking notes, creating an efficient working environment. All materials and spare parts used in the manufacturing of writing-tablet conference chairs are certified and come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Production of Writing-Tablet Conference Chairs

Writing-tablet conference chairs are manufactured upon order and are not kept in stock. The seminar chair can be customized in color, features and quantity depending on customer requirements. Since production is personalized, cancellation or returns are not possible. The manufacturing process typically takes around one week, though this may vary depending on order volume and production workload. These chairs can be produced in the requested colors to match seminar rooms and conference halls aesthetically. Certified materials and warranty coverage contribute to the product’s reliability.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery of the conference chair is carried out from our production facility. For orders within Istanbul, delivery may be handled by our team depending on the order quantity or total amount. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are shipped through transport companies, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. For high-volume projects, custom-designed conference chairs can also be produced. Depending on the number of chairs and the required operations, repair services for conference seating are available.

Technical Structure of the Hilton Conference Chair

The body of the Hilton conference chair is made of metal. The frame is cut, shaped and bent according to its form, then coated with electrostatic powder paint. The seat and backrest are prepared by placing grey foam on plywood, after which they are upholstered in artificial leather or fabric as requested. A metal arm is mounted on the right side of the frame to support a melamine writing tablet. This fixed tablet allows easier note-taking during seminars. The Hilton conference chair has a width of 55 cm and a depth of 55 cm. Plastic end caps are added to the legs where the chair meets the floor to reduce noise and improve smooth movement.
