Payment and Delivery Terms

1) Bank Transfer or EFT

You can make payment to any of our accounts (in TL) at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bankası or Halk Bankası.

2) Credit Card Payment

You can make online single payment with any credit card on our website. The amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock issues, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

3) Order Amount Refund

If your orders are cancelled by us for possible reasons, the product amount will be refunded to your account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, for the refund to be possible, the production phase of the ordered product must not have started.

The products on our site are not in stock and are prepared upon order. Since these products will be custom-made in the desired color and/or features according to the request of the person or institution placing the order, they are custom-manufactured products and returns are not accepted.

4) Delivery

The average production time for the products you ordered is 1 week. Delivery time varies depending on order quantity, raw material/spare part stock status of the product and workload. You will be informed in case of possible delays.

For smooth delivery of products, please specify the correct address during ordering.

Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via the most suitable cargo company in your province. Shipping fee is paid by the buyer.

5) Payment Tracking

If the full order amount is not deposited, production will not start.

In case of system issues, information is provided on the payment page.

In case of address error, contact is made with the order placer.

Validity of your e-mail address is confirmed with automatic confirmation mail.

We are responsible both to the customer and to the bank for delivery.

6) Important Notes

If you suspect damage during shipment, open and check the package in front of the delivery official. If damaged, have a report prepared and do not accept the product.

Once the product is accepted, the cargo company is considered to have fully fulfilled its duty.
