Aras VIP Conference Chair Features
The Aras VIP conference chair features a metal frame shaped ergonomically to fit the human body. The frame is placed in a mold and coated with 55-density polyurethane foam. The chair is upholstered with flame-retardant laminated fabric that meets multiple standards. Color options are available, and production can be tailored to desired colors. The seat and backrest of the upholstered chair are covered with polished wooden panels or wood upholstered with the chair’s fabric. The conference chair legs are made from 40*60 mm profile with 1.5 mm thickness. The legs are painted with electrostatic powder coating in a paint oven, protecting against rust and ensuring a refined appearance. The armrests are enclosed with wood upholstered in the chair’s fabric. Polished solid wood is used for the armrest tops. Additional features such as a writing tablet, polyurethane armrest top, or a backrest pocket can be included. Each feature addition or removal affects the conference chair price.
Conference Chair Manufacturing
Conference chair manufacturing is carried out by our company, fully customized to the individual and venue. As conference chairs are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not possible. All materials used are TSE-certified, and products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. The manufacturing process takes approximately one week, depending on order quantity, chair features, spare part availability, and production workload. Conference chair parts such as plastic covers, armrest tops, and legs are available for individual or bulk purchase. Additionally, conference chair repairs are offered based on the scope of work and number of chairs.
Conference Chair Measurements
The conference chair measurements required for hall layout are as follows: The seat width is 48 cm, and the armrest width is 5 cm. In single-chair assembly, the width including armrests is 60 cm, but in serial side-by-side arrangements, each chair uses one armrest, so calculations are based on 55 cm. The number of chairs is multiplied by 55 cm, and an additional 5 cm for the row-end armrest is added to determine the total measurement. For back-to-back arrangements, a 100 cm gap should be left between chairs; in space-constrained venues, this can be reduced to a maximum of 90 cm.
Conference Chair Installation and Delivery
Conference chair deliveries are made from our company address. For orders within Istanbul, conference chair installation and transportation can be handled by our company, depending on the order quantity. For orders outside Istanbul, completed chairs are packaged and shipped via transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Installation is provided for a fee.
