Dolfin Theater Chair Features

Dolfin theater chairs consist of a metal frame with pressed 55-density polyurethane foam. The foam surface is upholstered with laminated fabric, artificial leather, or genuine leather based on customer preference. Genuine leather or alternative upholstery materials incur an additional cost. After upholstery, the seat and backrest’s rear sections are covered with polished solid wood or fabric-upholstered wood. Theater chair legs are made from 40*60 mm, 1.5 mm thick metal profiles, painted with electrostatic powder coating in an oven for aesthetic and durable finish. The chair’s armrests are covered with solid wood, colored with varnish, offering an elegant look for high-end theater and seminar halls.

Theater Chair Manufacturing

Theater chairs are not kept in stock; production begins with the order and is tailored to the venue and customer’s requirements. Due to custom manufacturing, returns or exchanges are not possible. Conference chair manufacturing requires approximately one week, depending on order quantity, requested features, spare part availability, and production workload. All materials and spare parts used are TSE-certified, and products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. For existing chairs, theater chair spare parts are available for individual or bulk purchase. Theater chair repairs are offered based on chair quantity and scope of work.

Theater Hall Layout Measurements

The chair measurements needed for theater hall layout: The theater chair seat and backrest width is 48 cm, and the armrest width is 5 cm. A single chair’s assembled width is 60 cm. In side-by-side arrangements, each chair uses one armrest; the number of chairs is multiplied by 55 cm, with an additional 5 cm for the row-end armrest to calculate the total space. The backrest height after installation is 105 cm. For back-to-back arrangements, a 100 cm gap should be left between backrests; in space-constrained venues, this can be reduced to a maximum of 90 cm to avoid passage issues.

Theater Chair Delivery and Installation

Theater chair delivery is made from our manufacturing address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation are handled by our company based on order quantity. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and shipped via transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer and installation subject to an additional fee.
