Meeting Room Chair Features

Meeting room chairs are built with a metal profile frame, coated with 55-density polyurethane foam. This foam is durable, long-lasting, and meets all specifications. The frame is designed with ergonomic inclines and lumbar support for comfortable seating. Flame-retardant laminated fabric, compliant with technical specifications, is used for upholstery. After seat and backrest upholstery, the rear sections are covered with polished wooden or plastic panels, depending on the model and price. The same fabric is used for armrest upholstery. Meeting room chair arms are made from 40*60 mm, 1.5 mm thick metal profiles, painted with electrostatic powder coating. Armrest tops are finished with plastic, polyurethane, or polished wood, depending on the price.

Meeting Room Chair Measurements

The meeting room chair has a seat and backrest width of 48 cm and an armrest width of 5 cm. Once assembled, a single chair’s width is 60 cm, with a backrest height of 100 cm from the floor. For side-by-side arrangements, each chair is calculated at 55 cm. The number of chairs is multiplied by 55 cm, with an additional 5 cm for the row-end armrest to determine the total space. For back-to-back arrangements, a 100 cm gap should be left between the front and rear chair backrests. In space-constrained venues, this can be reduced to a maximum of 90 cm; further reduction may cause passage issues.

Meeting Room Chair Manufacturing

Meeting room chairs and all conference chair models are not kept in stock; they are manufactured by our company upon order. Custom-made for the individual and venue, returns or exchanges are not possible. The sample image is for reference only, with chair color, features (writing tablet, cup holder, wooden/plastic armrest top), and quantity determined by the order. All materials and accessories used are TSE-certified, and products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Manufacturing takes approximately one week, depending on order quantity, chair features, spare part availability, and production workload. For existing chairs, conference room chair spare parts are available for individual or bulk purchase. Conference chair repairs are offered based on chair quantity and scope of work.

Meeting Chair Delivery and Installation

Meeting chair deliveries are made from our manufacturing address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation can be handled by our company, depending on the number of chairs. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are prepared and shipped to the buyer, with shipping costs borne by the buyer and installation provided for a fee.
