Conference Hall Chairs Features
Conference hall chairs feature a seat and backrest made with polyurethane foam over a metal profile frame. The 55-density foam includes lumbar support and an ergonomic incline for comfort. The surface is upholstered with flame-retardant fabric laminated with thin foam, meeting tender specifications. After upholstery, exposed back and bottom areas are closed with polished solid wood or plastic caps, depending on the model. Theater chair legs, made from 40x60 mm metal profiles with a 1.5 mm thickness, are coated with electrostatic powder paint to prevent rust and enhance aesthetics. The armrests are covered with fabric-upholstered wood, and the tops feature plastic caps shaped for cup holders, elevating the chair’s premium appeal while affecting conference chair prices.
Conference Hall Layout and Chair Dimensions
Conference hall chair dimensions are as follows: seat and backrest width is 48 cm, backrest height is 105 cm, and each armrest is 5 cm. Calculating a single chair’s width as 60 cm is incorrect; each chair uses one armrest and a seat/backrest unit, with an extra armrest added at row ends. For layout, multiply the number of chairs by 55 cm and add 5 cm for the row-end armrest. For theater chairs in back-to-back rows, the standard distance between backrests is 100 cm, reducible to 90 cm in tight spaces. These measurements simplify conference hall planning.
Conference Chair Manufacturing
Conference chair manufacturing is carried out by our company on an order basis. All conference chair models are custom-made with desired colors, features, and quantities for specific spaces or individuals, making returns or exchanges impossible. Using 55-density foam and flame-retardant fabric, manufacturing takes an average of one week, depending on order size, chair features, spare part availability, and production capacity. All materials and spare parts are TSE-certified, with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Delivery and Installation
Theater chairs delivery is made from our company’s address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation may be provided based on order size. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and handed over to transportation companies, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Installation is not included in the price. Spare parts like plastic armrest tops and back caps for existing chairs can be purchased individually or in bulk. Conference chair repair services are offered based on the number of chairs and required operations.
