Dolfin conference chairs feature a metal frame coated with 55-density polyurethane foam. The frame is designed with ergonomic seating in mind, prioritizing comfort based on the human spine’s structure. Flame-retardant fabric, required by many specifications, is used for upholstery. After upholstery, the cinema chair’s seat and backrest rear sections are covered with polished solid wood or fabric-upholstered plywood, depending on customer preference. The chair’s legs are made from 40*60 mm, 1.5 mm thick metal profiles, painted with electrostatic powder coating for longevity and visual harmony. Armrests are covered with fabric-upholstered wood, and the armrest tops feature polished solid wood for a modern appearance.
Conference Chair Manufacturing
Conference chair manufacturing is carried out by our company, with all products produced upon order. Designed and manufactured to suit customer demands or venue requirements, these custom-made chairs cannot be returned or exchanged. Conference chair manufacturing takes approximately one week, depending on order quantity, requested features, spare part availability, and production workload. All materials and spare parts used are TSE-certified and meet DMO standards; products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Chair prices vary based on accessories and features. Conference chair repairs are provided based on chair quantity and scope of work. Conference chair spare parts are available for individual or bulk purchase.
Conference Hall Layout Measurements
Conference chair measurements are essential for hall planning. The conference chair seat and backrest width is 48 cm, with a backrest height of 100 cm after assembly. The armrest width is 5 cm, and a single chair with two armrests measures 60 cm. In side-by-side arrangements, each chair uses one armrest; the number of chairs is multiplied by 55 cm, with an additional 5 cm for the row-end armrest to calculate the total space. For back-to-back arrangements, a 100 cm gap should be left between backrests; in confined spaces, this can be reduced to a maximum of 90 cm to avoid passage issues.
Conference Chair Delivery and Installation
Conference chair delivery is made from our Istanbul address. For orders within Istanbul, delivery and installation can be provided by our company based on order quantity. For orders outside Istanbul, chairs are packaged and handed over to a transportation company, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Installation services for Istanbul and international orders are available for a fee.
